Dear Intentional Reader,  You already know that I'm such a huge fan of sunscreens. I mean I can't talk about skin care without mentioning sunscreen; but the truth is that not all sunscreens are safe to use. One of the most dangerous chemicals to look out for in a sunscreen, is Benzene! Sadly, most of these products won't list Benzene as part of the ingredients. Exposure to Benzene can cause irritation, and blisters on the skin, and when ingested, can lead to death! Recently, a top skin care brand JOHNSON & JOHNSON recalled five of their sunscreens because they found traces of this cancer causing chemical in them. These were spray sunscreens - though I'm not a fan of, but my husband had one of them. Thankfully, he hasn't used it for long. They found this chemical after testing the products in the lab, and according to them, they are investigating to know how these products were contaminated. Dear Intentional Man,  I strongly believe this will help every man who's planning to get married someday, and even the ones that are already married. Someone shared these points with me, and I thought to edit, add my own points, and share with you guys because he made so much sense. I've always said that parents - especially mothers prepare their daughters for marriage - to be a perfect wife for a man, and little to no efforts are made into grooming the boy child to be a good man or a good husband to their wives. Sometimes, this leads to a man not knowing how to treat a woman, or they believe they're meant to do whatever they want. Dear Intentional Reader,  I know you’ve read and heard a lot of times that you should marry your friend, but I want to tell you it’s not enough! I mean you have so many friends, so are you going to marry all of them? Have you seen situations where people were so close like they can’t do without each other, got married, and then divorced or separated later? Or even got into a relationship, and it didn’t last?  People say “oh there’s no formula to this thing” “if it’ll crash, it’ll crash” . You may be right if you have this mindset but you and who you marry definitely have a part to play towards the success of your marriage or relationship!
